Located in Al Sahafah in northern Riyadh, La Vie Yard is positioned within an area that has become at the heart of the city’s expanding residential landscape.
The project consists of four residential towers with 390 units, offering different types of residential units for different needs and use cases.
The residential buildings are complemented by landscaped areas and shared spaces, giving the development a balance between private living and areas where residents can spend time outdoors.
This creates breathable residential spaces without feeling limited to the boundaries of an apartment. The wider development becomes part of the experience.
