Cityscape Saudi Arabia 2025 brought the future of real estate to Riyadh from 17 to 20 November, bringing together developers, investors, architects and other professionals from Saudi Arabia and beyond.
The 2025 edition focused on “The Future of Urban Living”, with much of the event centered on how cities and communities are being developed as the Kingdom continues to grow.
ZOOD Real Estate took part in the event as a Diamond Sponsor, leveraging the occasion to present its latest projects and give visitors a closer look at the direction of the company.
ZOOD is an integrated lifecycle developer creating experience-driven communities for modern Saudi living with more than two decades of experience in the market.
The company began with land acquisition and transactions and has expanded into the development of residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects.
Cityscape provided an opportunity to bring several of these developments together in one place, including La Vie Yard and ÉLEVÉE, while also introducing visitors to ZOOD's wider portfolio and unique approach to development.
At our booth, visitors could explore project models, videos and visual material showing the developments in more detail.
One of the projects presented by ZOOD at Cityscape was La Vie Yard, a residential development in Riyadh.
The project is designed around residential spaces and shared areas, with a focus on creating a comfortable day-to-day environment for its residents. The design brings together homes, landscaped spaces and amenities within one integrated community.
La Vie Yard also reflects ZOOD's growing residential portfolio and its focus on developing projects for different parts of Riyadh's growing population.

Another major project presented at Cityscape was ÉLEVÉE, ZOOD's flagship mixed-use development in Al Nakheel, Riyadh.
ÉLEVÉE brings residential, commercial, hospitality and outdoor spaces together within one masterplan. The project includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses, as well as offices, retail, a hotel and serviced apartments.
The development also includes more than 25,000 square metres of green space, integrated into the everyday experiences of the residents to bring nature and wellbeing into their daily lives.

One of the main ideas behind ÉLEVÉE is that the different parts of the development should be connected.
Residents are not only living within the project; they are living alongside retail, hospitality, dining, workspaces and outdoor areas. This mixed-use approach allows different parts of daily life to exist within the same destination.
Walkability is an important part of this concept.
ÉLEVÉE is designed so that residents can move between different spaces on foot, with landscaped areas and public spaces connecting the project.
It is a simple idea, but an important one: the experience of a place depends on what is around the home as much as the home itself.
ÉLEVÉE also saw a strong sales response following its launch, achieving significant sales volume within a relatively short period.
This early success gave the project a strong start and added another key milestone to its development.
The project offers premium residential units alongside spaces for work, retail, hospitality, fitness, dining and leisure.
The development also includes landscaped outdoor areas, swimming pools, children's spaces and other amenities designed to make everyday life feel easier and more convenient.
The location in Al Nakheel adds another layer to the picture, placing ÉLEVÉE within one of Riyadh's most established and sought after neighborhoods, and providing access to key roads and destinations across the city.
